How to Install Windows Defender

1. Click on the link: http://www.microsoft.com/

2. In the bottom, left hand corner look for Popular Downloads 3. Click on Windows Defender (Beta 2)

4. Find the box as shown below, click on the Continue button

5. Click the Download button

6. Click the Run button

Note: You should see a box like below.

7. Click the Run button

8. Click the Next button

9. Click in the radio button next to I accept the terms in the license agreement, then click the Next button

10. Click in the radio button next to Use recommended settings, then click the Next button

11. Click the Next button

12. Click the Install button

Note: This screen will run during installation

13. Click the Finish button

Note: Windows Defender will now check for updates and run a quick scan.             This program is set to run a scan every night at 2am. You do not have to manually run a scan or check for updates
