Equipment Policy:
Sioux Valley Wireless retains ownership of the equipment installed to provide your Internet service. You are responsible for any lost or damaged equipment while installed at your home. In the event you disconnect your Internet service, it is your responsibility to coordinate with Sioux Valley Wireless to pick up and remove the outside and inside equipment. If a time can not be coordinated to pick up the inside equipment, it is your responsibility to return the inside equipment. This can be arranged by contacting our office at (800) 616-7888. Any equipment Sioux Valley Wireless is unable to retrieve or does not receive will be billed to you at the full replacement cost.
