How To Setup Your Netscape E-Mail for the First Time:

1. Open Netscape Mail.

2. Click on Edit in the toolbar and then click on Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings.

3. Click on the New Account button.

4. Click on the white circle beside Email account

5. Click the Next button.

6. Enter in the name that you would like everyone to see when they get an e-mail from you. 7. Enter in your email address.  i.e. name@svtv.com. 8. Click the Next button.

9. Click the little white circle beside POP 10. Enter mail.svtv.com for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.

11. Click the Next button.

12. Enter in your user name in the User Name section.       Note: Your user name is the text in your e-mail address before the @ symbol.

13. Click the Next button.

14. Enter in your account name in the Account Name section.       Note: The account name is just how you can identify what e-mail account you are using.

15. Click the Finish button.

 

 

How To Change Your Netscape E-Mail:

1. Open Netscape Mail.

2. In the Edit menu, click Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings.

3. Select Home Account, by clicking on it once.

4. Under Identity     In the Your Name textbox: enter your full name     In the E-mail Address textbox: enter your correct email address

5. Select Server Settings, by clicking on it once.

6. In the Server Name textbox: mail.svtv.com     In the User Name textbox: should equal the text in your e-mail address before the @ symbol.

7. Select Outgoing Server (SMTP).

8. In the Server Name textbox: mail.svtv.com     In the User Name textbox: should equal the first part of your email address.

9. Click OK.
