How To Setup Your Outlook 2002/XP E-Mail for the First Time:

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click on Tools in the toolbar and then click on E-mail Accounts.

3. Click the little white circle beside Add a new e-mail account.

4.Click the Next button.

5.Click the little white circle beside POP3.

6.Enter in your Name, E-mail Address, User Name, and Password.

7. Enter mail.svtv.com for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.

9. Click on the More Settings ... Button.

10. Click on the Outgoing Server tab.

11. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.

12. Click the Test Account Setting Button. Note: If you get an error please check to see if you have entered in all the information correctly. If all the information is correct please call us at 1-800-616-7888.

13. Click the Next button.

 

 

 

How To Change Your Outlook 2002/XP E-Mail:

4. Enter in the name that you would like everyone to see when they get an e-mail from you.
5. Enter in your email address.  i.e. name@svtv.com.
6. Enter mail.svtv.com for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.
7. Click the Next button.
8. Enter in your User Name in the Account Name section.
   Note: Your User Name is the part before the @ symbol in your e-mail address.
9. Enter in your Password in the Password section.
10. If you do not want to have to enter your password each time you check your mail check the Remember Password check box.
11. Click the Next button.
12. Click the little white circle beside Connect using my local area network (LAN).
13. Click the Next button.
14. Click the Finish button.
15. Click on Tools in the toolbar and then click on Accounts.
16. Click on your svtv.com account.
17. Click the Properties button.
18. Click on the Servers tab.
19. Check the My server requires authentication checkbox.
20. Click the OK button.
21. Click the Close button.

 

 

 

How To Change Your Outlook 2000 E-Mail:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on Tools in the toolbar and then click on Accounts.
3. Click on the e-mail address you want to change to your svtv.com account.
4. Click the Properties button.
5. Enter in your email address in the E-mail address section.  i.e. name@svtv.com.
6. Click on the Servers tab.
7. Enter mail.svtv.com for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers.
8. Click the Next button.
9. Enter in your User Name in the Account Name section.
