How To Import Messages from old E-Mail Programs using Outlook 2003:

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click on the File menu, then choose Import and Export...

3. Choose the option: Import Internet Mail and Addresses     Then click the Next button

4. Click on your old email program to highlight it     Then click the Next button

5. Choose the option that you want     Then click the Finish button
