Service Policy

The Sioux Valley Wireless business hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have a service difficulty after normal business hours, your call will be routed to our after-hours answering service. If unable to assist you, they will take your name, a brief description of the problem of the problem and a phone number where you can be reached the next business day. System outages that affect a number of customers will continue to be handled around the clock. Individual Internet customers experiencing problems will be contacted the next business day to receive assistance or schedule a service call. Any service calls where the problem is a result of your computer and not Sioux Valley Wirelesses equipment (i.e. virus or faulty hardware) will be assessed a $35 service charge.  Sioux Valley Wireless does not guarantee 100% uptime and is not liable for any downtime experienced.
